Fastalyze is a Berlin-based logistics technology company building the data infrastructure freight forwarders need to price accurately and automate door to door pricing in ocean freight.

We didn't come to this from a whiteboard. We came to it from the industry, working with forwarders and hitting the same wall every time: pricing data was a mess, and nobody had solved it. So we did.

Our belief: the pricing knowledge that matters most doesn't live in a rate sheet. It lives in expert conversations and operational experience. We capture that knowledge and combine it with the data buried in rate sheets, PDFs, and emails. Together, that becomes the data and context layer the industry needs to automate ocean freight pricing end to end.
